Gastric Ulcers - Dr Frank Andrews

SeaBuck Complete was the subject of a study at the University of Tennessee, overseen by Dr. Frank Andrews, to see its effects on Equine Gastric Ulcers. The study showed that regular feeding of SeaBuck Complete is very effective in the prevention of ulcers. Nutrients found in the seabuckthorn promote healthy digestion and help to moderate the Ph level of the stomach acid.

Below is a link to a webinar given by Dr. Andrews discussing the causes and treatment of Equine Gastric Ulcer Syndrome (EGUS). He mentions SeaBuck Complete several times as an effective equine supplement to prevent horses from getting ulcers.
